Payout requests can be made when a player's winnings reach or exceed a player's established credit line. No midweek payouts. No exceptions. BLACKDOG's calendar week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Accounts not settled in full during the week of the first Monday of the new calendar month will be suspended.
